By accessing or using our website, submitting RFQs (Request for Quotes), or engaging with our custom manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to all of these Terms & Conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by Janco, Inc. or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• The Content and Marks are provided on the site "AS IS" for your information and personal or internal business use only.

3. Custom Manufacturing & Quotations

All specifications, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts regarding our custom manufacturing services (including thermoforming, compression molding, assembly, and packaging) are subject to specific written master service agreements or purchase order terms executed between Janco and the client.

• Quotations provided through our online RFQ form are non-binding estimates until confirmed via formal business proposal or agreement.
• Clients remain solely responsible for the technical accuracy, design, and regulatory compliance of engineering files, drawings, and CAD designs provided to Janco.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. As a user of the site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the site to create or compile a collection or database without written permission.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information or business data.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the site.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the site.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Janco, Inc., its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our online services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
